You can make a claim by
sending your completed claim form by post or fax.
We aim to make the entire claims process hassle-free.
When you need to make a claim no evidence of supply is
needed with the exception of compassionate leave claims.
Simply complete a short claim form, return to us within
60 days of the start of the absence (longer than most other
providers), with a copy of the self-certification and/or
a medical certificate and we’ll take care of the
rest. Or, if you prefer, you can submit your claim on-line.
Whichever method you choose your claims are dealt with
by your personal claims manager quickly and efficiently.
